What Narrate stores on your device and why.

1. About this notice
Narrate is a mobile app rather than a website, so it does not use traditional browser cookies. It does store some information on your device to work properly. This notice explains what and why.
2. What we store on your device
Session data: a secure sign-in token is stored on your device so you stay logged in between visits.
Preferences: small settings that remember how you like to use the app.
3. Diagnostics
During Beta we may collect limited crash and performance information to fix problems. We aim to keep this minimal and tied to running the service, not advertising.
4. Third-party components
Narrate is built with Expo and uses Supabase for its backend. These components may store technical data on your device needed to operate the app. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
5. Your choices
Signing out clears your session token from the device. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data. You can also manage app permissions in your device settings.
